Best Partner – Personal Data Register

3. Purpose of processing

The purpose of the register is to communicate with the data subjects. Communication may occur through all commonly used communication channels.

4. Data content of the register

The following categories of data may be collected in the register:

– First and last name

– Date of birth

– Email address

– Phone number

– Job title

– Industry/field

– Municipality/city of residence

– Photograph

– Free-form text

– Education

– Work experience

– Driver’s licence

– CV (Curriculum Vitae)

5. Regular sources of data

Data are collected from the data subjects themselves when they register as jobseekers.

6. Regular disclosures of data

Personal data from the register are not regularly disclosed to third parties without the data subject’s separate consent.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area unless it is necessary for the purposes of processing or for technical implementation.

The controller may use third parties to collect and process personal data on the controller’s behalf and according to the controller’s instructions. Such parties may also be located outside the EU/EEA (for example, the MailChimp communications system in the USA). The controller is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

8. Storage and protection of the register

Register data are processed on a protected server. Access to the register is limited to specifically authorised members of the association or other persons authorised by the register’s contact person.

9. Right of access, objection, and rectification

The data subject has the right to check what information about them has been stored in the register. The request for access must be sent in writing and signed to the register’s contact person in a way that allows the controller to verify the identity of the requesting data subject.

The data subject has the right to object to the processing and disclosure of their data for direct advertising, distance selling and direct marketing, as well as for market and opinion research, by contacting the controller.

The data subject also has the right to request that the controller rectify any errors in their data and delete unnecessary information from the register. The request is made by sending a signed access/rectification request letter scanned to the controller’s email address. The controller will delete the data at the data subject’s request unless the controller has a justified reason to continue processing the data requested to be deleted.
